This is a 7-unit density bonus project leveraging California’s recent AB 2345 to maximize housing potential. The design challenges the conventional notion of rigidly defined units, instead embracing a fluid, playful facade where boundaries between homes blur—creating visual intrigue while maintaining privacy. Dynamic cantilevers and sculptural forms carve out generous outdoor spaces and balconies, inviting residents to soak up the sunny LA valley climate. Currently, the project is navigating the entitlement process with the city’s planning department.
